Pitchlogicai is an automated bidding tool for Freelancer.com. The Service uses AI to generate and submit proposals on your behalf based on your configuration.

3. Account Registration

You must register an account and subscribe to a plan to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service in any way that violates applicable laws, Freelancer.com's Terms of Service, or these Terms. You are solely responsible for the proposals submitted through your account.

5. Subscription and Billing

Subscription fees are billed monthly in advance. AI credits are consumed per bid and may be purchased separately. All payments are processed securely via Stripe.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee any specific bidding outcomes, project wins, or revenue. Our liability is limited to the fees paid in the preceding month.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or the courts of the applicable jurisdiction.
