Subscription Refunds
Pitchlogicai offers a 7-day refund window for new subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with the Service within the first 7 days of your initial subscription, contact us for a full refund.
After 7 Days
After the initial 7-day period, subscription fees are non-refundable. When you cancel your subscription, you retain access to the Service until the end of your current billing period — no partial-month refunds are issued.
AI Credits
AI credits are consumed when a bid is placed. Credits are non-refundable once consumed. However, if a bid fails due to a permanent project restriction (e.g. "Verified by Freelancer" requirement), credits are automatically refunded to your account.
Technical Issues
If you experience a technical issue caused by our platform that prevents you from using the Service, please contact us. We will review each case and may issue a credit or refund at our discretion.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, contact us via the platform within the eligible period. Include your account email and a brief description of the issue. Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.
